Not only does it highlight locations by taking you, the diner, into the kitchen, preparing signature dishes and conversing about what the restaurant has to offer the diner, beyond the menu, it offers publicity to all of the venues, free of any charge! Besides being a Host, Vintner, Gastronome, and Salumist, Vince is also a performer, and has seen, first hand, both local restaurants and local entertainment, struggle during this past year.
